These Terms of Use (as hereinafter defined) are intended to outline the terms and conditions that shall apply to with respect to access to and use of UMW Equipment & Engineering Pte Ltd (Registration No: 197602568D) (herein referred to as “UEEPL”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) website and any of its contents (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Website”)

The sale and/or supply of any equipment or services by UEEPL shall be subject to the Equipment Rental Terms & Conditions to be made available by UEEPL for the sale and/or supply of such equipment or services and the availability of such equipment or services.

    Should links to any other third party website (hereinafter referred to as “Links”) be mentioned on the Website, such links are only provided for your convenience and should not be treated as an endorsement of such Links by us.
