We perform equipment check before delivery. However, if the equipment arrives not working, contact us immediately. We will help arrange a replacement or refund according to the rental policy.

4.Equipment Information

We supply exclusively Toyota Material Handling Equipment, BT, Raymond, tennant - including forklifts, reach trucks, tow tractors, and more. You may browse our listing at the Product page.

We offer a mix of:

- Well-maintained rental fleet units
- Fully serviced and safety-checked machines

Some equipment, such as forklifts, require certified operators. Clients must ensure their operators are properly trained and licensed.

5.Payment & Charges

We support online payment gateway. Available options will appear at checkout.

No. All charges including deposits, transportation fees are shown before you confirm your booking.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required. The amount differs by equipment, and will be stated clearly in the listing.

Your security deposit will be refunded once the equipment is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in good working condition. The refunded amount will be credited back to your account based on your original payment method and your bank’s processing time.

If the damage has occurred due to neglegence or incorrect use of the truck, you are responsible for the service cost yourself.

6.Maintenance & Breakdowns

All servicing and repairs are performed in-house by our factory trained technicians.

Contact us right away. We will dispatch technicians for on-site support or provide a replacement unit as needed.

7.Cancellation & Refunds
